1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using REMS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to subscirbe REMS. By subscribing REMS, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. Account Registration: To access features of REMS, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on REMS are the property of A4 FM LTD or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability: A4 FM LTD will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of REMS.

8. Termination: A4 FM LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and your access to REMS at any time for any reason without notice.

9. Annual Price Change: A4 FM LTD reserves the right to adjust the pricing for REMS annually. The annual review will take place in March of each year. Any approved changes to the pricing will be communicated to users at least 30 days prior to the effective date of the change. The new pricing will be implemented from April of each year. Users will have the option to accept the new pricing or terminate their account before the changes take effect.

10. Notification of Changes: Notification of changes to pricing will be provided via email and website. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly check for such notifications and updates.

11. Acceptance of Price Changes: By continuing to use REMS after the effective date of the price change, you indicate your acceptance of the new pricing.

12. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions: A4 FM LTD reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of REMS after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
